So basically you just need a "official written recommendation from the doc" to be legal. So we don't technically have to give the state $100 buck to register. Cali does something like this as well?
actually Marty a Drs rec for the REGISTRATION CARD is only good for 90 days. the Dr Rec it self is good from the time it is signed. IT has no time limit that applies other than for issue and authorization of the registry card. If you are not applying to be on the registry, then your Dr Rec will have zero term limit on it.
I actually agree with Timmah on this one..
I conceed the point.
Happily I might add.
I actually agree with Timmah on this one..
im not renewing my card next year fuck em all
staying off the registry... I'm assuming you are talking about personal gardens with 12 plants or less, right?
this affirmative defense is exactly why there is a teenie tiny amount of medical patients actually on the California Registry.
in CA they get there Dr. recc. and That's It, done... legit. No stinking database!
will caregivers that were once one the database be targeted, prolly not, but I still don't like the idea of being on a hot lead sheet.
been in sales plenty and hot leads are the only way to go to get your target efficiently, oh well.
I leave the fucking house for one day Bob and this happens!!! What, are you guys roommates now? j/k lmao. I did have to read that shit twice though.
LMAO, Shit, Bob would come back from a Week with Me and Be TOTALLY informed on the Laws, and He'd be right next to me, screaming at Legislation to Get their HEAD out of their asses finally. lol
