Damn now thats how it's done!! Makes me want to give this strain another shot. I still have a couple OG#18 beans. Think I'll pop em tonight.
 
Do you guys think the OGGTH#1 (which is the one rated over 25% thc) is more potent than vortex or apollo 13?
 
I musta got the loser OG Kush seeds from reserve privada because their og kush fucking sucks for me and was the worst plant to grow as far as ease of growing I've ever had. Everything else I had grew great except for the OG. I hate the smell as well (like garbage mixed with gym socks). Not knocking reserve privada -- their sour kush was a FANTASTIC plant although I had to cut it early so don't know how potent she would have been but had a really good feeling about her she was one of the earliest frosting plants I had.
 
i never take someones opinion into account when it says in the same post they had to cut something early or had any type of problem...
 
if ya wanna end up with plants with problems, ignore people who tell you there are problems :) over a half a dozen strains grown in the last few months, only this one had issues of any note. The smoke turned out ok not great or bad. Won't be getting again, tho will be getting other seeds from RP. I'm not saying 2 is a valid basis for judgement, just sharing my experience.
 
Finally decided on my idica dominant strain. Shes gonna be holy grail kush, now i need to find an sativa dominant strain. TGA is really on my mind. Spacebomb, chernobyl, ace of spades, jack cleaner2, plushberry, vortex, apollo13, vortex×apollo13. Which of these could be considered as having the most intense high and flavor.
 
GO ace of spades or jack's cleaner for the most potent up high, apollo or apollo/vortex for a great daytime up high not too overpowering, i'm still working on getting their trainwreck grown out but believe it has a lot more indica influence in it's very potent stone.

Spacebomb would be a good choice for up high combined with high yield and short flower time - never grown it personally tho to know how it compares to apollo/vortex.

All TGA's strains will blow your ass off if you're not a daily/heavy smoker. I can't imaging smoking apollo as a lightweight... if you're a daily/heavy smoker and looking for potency i'd go for JC2 or AoS or trainwreck if you don't mind the indica influence

Im a real pothead. I smoke so much that on my days off Ill wake up in the middle of the night and early a.m. and smoke a bowl or the rest of the joint that i didnt finish the night before. I. Couldnt imagine going without smoking, I would be a mean son of a bitch. Anyways, i hate to keep asking questions but this is how i learn. Which one of the two, if you could only get one, would be your choice between ace of spades and jack cleaner2
 
i hate to chime in without personal experience with those strains but SIMPLY based on the fact that aos is always sold out id grab that if given the chance as you can get the other strain almost anytime at any site

have a tahoe freebie going right now...i dont trust cali connect because of all the bad hype but ill make the call myself soon enough...i can tell you this though its about 5 inches tall and growing like a little bitch so far compared to the other strains im running lol
 
Cali Connection takes proven strains and crosses them for the most part. Or they take a proven strains make seeds and pick the best ones out of hundreds. That's what most breeders do today. It saves time and makes dank. True breeders make their own strains. True breedeing companies are companies like TGA subcool and Mr. Nice. to name a couple. Also Cali Connection gets a bad rap because swerve is an asshole and they use Chem D crosses, Chem D hermies easy.

Haven't smoked either just researched them... my choice was ace of spades. my reason probably one you'll like. many medical patients wanted something else because it was too potent for them to be functional. i'm like you, i smoke when i'm able to during the day, and i got a hella tolerance. My last seed order from TGA going for potency was Ace of Spades, Timewreck, and Cheesequake. They are all growing at the moment though haven't sampled them, only heard many good things from others. Timewreck has a pheno supposedly more potent than chernobyl. JC2 is on my list for future purchase. You might also consider Qush - Jack the Ripper (responsible for the potency in AoS) x Pre 98 Bubba. Some dude the other day said it is the most potent thing he's ever grown from TGA.

I second Nightmarecreature's Serious Seeds White Russian. I got an Ak-47 pheno and it is really great stuff. Not the most potent thing I have (not that it's a slouch just saying it doesn't knock you off your ass) but it is the most laugh your ass off put you in a silly mood stuff I have and ended up my 2nd favorite plant of these last few months behind Apollo. It also had the best smell in flower (like sweet fruit/candy). Doesn't smell like that now but still smells the nicest/least weedy of all my strains. This pheno is was pretty stealth. Wish I had gotten more and will be purchasing more in the future. Also grew short, stout and hardy. Very little stretch.
 
What do you guys think g13 pineapple express or dj short blueberry? Fruitier suggestions are welcome also.
 
The G13 Pineapple express is just ok. I try and stay away from strains that are hyped on flavor. It's decent but not worth growing. DJ short Blueberry packs a punch. Big yields with potent buds. Get the DJ short B over the G13PE.
