i guess deprave just wants to gloss over the fact that the dude growing 154 plants was a convicted felon.
They were convicted of 100 plants, If you are a felon you can grow 12 for yourself as a patient you cannot not be a caregiver.

two had 5 patients = 60x2 = 120
one had 12 plants as a patient = 12

Total Allowed 134 = They were convicted of 100 plants UNDER FEDERAL LAW, Under the limit not even counting the felon.

He is trying to argue that Nobody has been convicted for marijuana who was state compliant following the holder memo, I gave him an example citing the case we had here in Michigan.
well he is completely wrong about that,

you can travel 15 minutes and the cops with treat this law differently.

i have personally seen people in court plead for simple possession of a couple grams under this law and having their card.

this is a fascist state.

yo.... link to the specific incident??

btw.. michigan law you COULD have 400... as long as you could argue in front of a judge that you NEEDED it and it was REASONABLY NECESSARY for you or your patients...

so yeah.. if you have 400 plants and they only produced a gram each..then you might get to argue that correctly lol

(or they all were cancer patients and were needing RSO asap.)

for the most part the feds will leave you alone unless you cross that 99 plant barrier or are moving product across state lines....It is just too bad Obama is a lying pussy and did not come through and mandate the feds respect state law.

maybe you can find me an example of a state compliant grower getting federally convicted.

avoid trying to convince me that a felon with no co-op selling 154 plants is state compliant.

Grow co-op's are illegal too....you cant have a grow collective in michigan. so there is no way for anyone to have 154 plants in michigan that is legal by state law.

you want to grow that many plants, move to colorado and open up a dispensary...the dispensaries have to grow most of their own pot. i think its like 60% or something like that
