Topping?

Well, not really the tip.....if you train the plant early, VERY early, and have the main stem right down at soil level, you can bury it and the stem will grow roots. No shit........

are you insinuating the tip would grow roots if twisted back into the soil?
:?:

Yep, even the tip would. Thats what bonzai is, manipulating a plants growth. From braiding stems and twisting copper wire around it to fishing it in and out of the soil like a serpent, you name it.

topping wont kill if you do it right when your leaves grow back some mite not have the full leaf but its all goood top it then wait a lil to it grows back and then you can do it again after the 1st time is healed

Yeah im probley gonna FIM it a few times until harvest just so i can get the most bud out of my babies, i mean its worth it in the long run.

I cut the top tip of the plant. It takes about a week to recover. Got 4 main colas from topping once on several of my plants. Topped outproduced non topped by a third at harvest.

Okay thanks man, Does FIM produce new colas too? or just more bud sites?

Fimming and topping are basically the same thing, topping usually involves removing a clone sized chunk of plant, where fimming is when you just pluch out the very newest top growth. but they end with the same results.

And plants that are topped will almost always yield more than ones that aren't...and the more topping and training the greater the yield in the same space...

Purple kush last winter. The one on the right didn't get topped. A third less than topped at harvest time.
