i really don't feel comfortable with indoors. one its too small ( like for real I'm cramped as it is ) and 2 its illegal here so its risky to grow in my place.

Go to Walmart and buy a closet. I've seen grows done in there, east to vent, easy to light, and you can zip it up when company comes over. Illegal here too. Tis why it's in my closet.

I'd think better than planting em close to the stream u could plant em more in the woods and dig a channel leading water from the stream to collect near ur plants and from there u could dig channels between ur plants to water em would just need some kinda damn to block the water and u would have to just release it when u wanted to water ur plants.

I've got 4 plants growing with a setup that cost less than $100. It is doable. Think what can you buy at a thrift store... save a LOT of money.

The moon will provide the extra hours of veg your seedlings need to grow big and strong. If you don't plant on a full moon the most you will get is 2 zips per plant(if you're lucky)

Plant on a full moon and you can get up to 3 1/2 per plant

I'm growing in an old PC tower I found in a dumpster, the only money I've spent so far is about $35. I mainly built the PC to grow the plants big enough to transfer outdoors but hey, it works, it takes up very little space and it's stealthy. I did move one of my two plants outdoors, so I'm with you on the planting in july thing, I'm just messing with some freebie seeds until next year.
