Someone growing on my land??

Soil  I use coco throw in some dolomite lime for mag and to stabilize the ph and grow some great tasting organic using my nutrient tea.

I say Fuck it! Most people who grow don't get caught. I would just be worried about them coming up on your spot. Let them focus their attention on their own plants and they'll learn from their shitty grow and I doubt you'll see plants there next year.

popcorn I have been taking your advise and I think it's good and solid. The poor guy just scraped holes in hardpacked soil with no thought of sun, nutes or even water. I have slipped thru a few times cause I have my own babies not to far away. All I have that has decent potential is four different femmed plants in large tall tree pots. They are looking pretty good at 4.5 feet and bushy so I'm hoping a couple months will be golden. Just don't need that many if your growing for your head.
:leaf:
I guess the last thing I want to do is attract any attention to my babies. Now that would be a disaster! Putting the poor chucklehead on ignore and I'm sorta sypathetic. I think most of us try to grow wherever we can without much concern for the real landowner. That's the nature of the beast. I know I'm a low life but if I found a primo spot on somebody elses land I would USE it. I can't imagine that wouldn't be what most would do.:sad:

I make sure I don't grow on my own property because of all the potential trouble it can cause. I guess it's not really fair but I guess I put other land owners at risk and grow on their property instead..

That being said I came across a very rookie patch of weed someone else is growing on MY land. It is clearly a newbie grow just from the set-up. No prep work and the soil sucks and these little plants are never going to amount to anything.

So what do I do? I don't want or have any interest in the plants but I don't want them attributed to me. I could lose my gun license and there is the remote possibility I could lose more than that! Do I leave a note suggesting they move them or do I just pull and leave them on the ground. I would actually love to help the guy/gal out and give their plants some nutes and H2O but not at my expense. Is there a simple yet decent way to resolve???
Wow.... you are a REAL NICE GUY!
Most would run em down with lawn mower or hunt kid.

I just wanted to add a little drama to this old thread. Ha Ha I ignored my trespassing friends plants but he has been tending them. They are seven "OK" looking well branched 3 or 4 footers and he has removed the males. Each plant also has a giant ring of some granulated fertilizer around the base.

This guy crossed a posted line and it is I who will bear any pain associated by their discovery by the feds. Now what to do if anything? Should I just go stomp them seeing as putting them on ignore failed. Should I let him harvest? I do NOT need his plants but I am basically irritated he is on my land. I am just throwing this back out there for some interesting banter. Rock on ethical and moral purists.:D
:-(:?:

Tie a ribbon or something around his plants. It will let him know that his patch has been discovered and if he doesnt want it stolen/to get busted/or it to get destroyed then he'll move it.

Hey if you let him go on this long might as well let him finish out. I would have either given him a chance to move them or just ripped them out at first discovery but now he's been there for awhile and it will be a hard lesson learned if you pull them. I don't know man. Maybe a note right before harvest letting him know you knew about the grow and next season you will not be allowing this on your property. I am positive he will chop early and never grow there again. LOL

Good luck man. I really wanna see what happens with this. :)

I like the note idea. But rip the plants first. Leave a note that says I have you on trail cam and if I see you on my property again your picture will be forwarded to the police and I will press charges for trespassing. Should scare em enough to keep em off your land.

Edit...on the other hand you are being a bit of a hypocrite. Sorry.

I guess if you wanted to let the dude finish out the grow I would do like mentioned above - leave a note close to harvest time stating that you monitored his grow and have trail cam pics of him tending plants etc.
Finish off by saying "you're a lucky S.O.B. that I'm so kind and understanding this year... don't even think about it next year... move on brother...or else."
Pretty sure that would end his growing on your property.

We can help each other out on this blog with advice but..... risking your posessions, property, family, fuck that!!! Yank those things up mate. Get rid of them ASAP or leave them a couple more days and hide out waiting for that guy jump out with one of your guns and scare the living shit out of them so they never come back. Then pull them.

:clap: GREAT ADVICE Rizzo00!! For the property owners of rottedroots grow!!!! :-P

wow I made a post about someone not only growing on my land but in my backyard like a week ago and the hate I recieved was unbelievable. I was even told that I shouldnt come to
this website and ask for opinions like this.Even though this was putting my med grow(Hubby is a med patient and very ill)at risk. One poster even said I should talk about this to my hubby and not the forums.
One even told me to have the sherriff watch my property and when i went off on them for wanting me to call the cops( I don't want anyone busted) I was called a douce.

wow just went and looked up that thread and was like wtf.A lot of people really did give you a hard time. Now I'mnew to this site but I hope this isn't how most people are here.Speccally to med growers.
I'm just a stoney myself but have much respect for those who grow there own meds or meds for others.

I was in that thread and laney was very nice to you. YOUR the one that was being rude (you even said so yourself)...it seemed like you wanted someone to tell you it was ok for you to chop them down. We told you to leave you a note...you didn't want to do that...you said you wanted them moved NOW ASAP!....but you didn't think you should have to do it yourself. Everything someone came up with you shot down.

If someone was growing on my land...I wouldn't need to ask other people what I should do...its my land I will do whatever I wish. If I wanted to mess with them or do something funny then I would ask others for ideas. I will say it again...your adult ...make an adult decision.
