Happy frog has timed release nutes, I use it as it is great soil. With that said I leave them in seedling soil until they are 3-4 weeks old before I put them in Happy Frog so I dont over nute them.

No. Leave them in the soil that they are in. I use FFOF from day one of seeds and they do fine. The yellowing could be from the soil but it's nothing severe. Just make sure that they are getting air, light and water and they'll perk up.

Like I said air, light and water. For the first couple weeks of a seeds life, as long as you are using a strong soil which you are, the only thing that you sould have to do is water every couple of days.

If it were me I would transplant one of them, within 72 hours you will know if it was a good idea or not. I vote only one of them so you dont risk the entire crop you can water with straigt water the others in the mean time and than judge after 72 hours. Use solo cup with holes on bottom and get some seedling soil.

No offense to chris, but there are a ton of people on this sight who grow their seedling in Fox Farms everyday without problems. Transplanting your seedlings at this stage is only going to exasperate the issue. I say just make sure that you are watering your plant correctly everyday should make everything okay.

Hi I'm new so forgive any stupid questions I may ask. Just built a grow room and am waiting for some afghan kush seeds. Will it be okay to use just potting compost for the length of the grow as I cant afford the vermiculite to put in my soil mix. Also is there a cheaper alternative to vermiculite that I could use. Vermiculite is like £16.00 a bag here.

Oh, okay. Experiment by all means. Just make sure that you always try to stay consistent with what you do and take notes, that way when you do switch from one product to the next, you can dial in and figure out if it's the product or your technique that needs to change.

I agree there is risk and scotty is right, I use the Happy Frog but not at that age, doing one is not risky I would never do all of them for sure. I am like that, over the years if I had an issue I alway picked a test plant before ever doing it to all of them. It is a risk to the one plant but not the entire crop. I do the same thing if I change up anything I am doing, try it on one and wait 72 hours to see what happens. Either way best of luck.

ive never grown in ff or hf. i grow in coco. but imo the time release nutes have just burnt youre plant. youre showing all the classics signs. also you have nitrogen burn between youre veins. also you might have a nute sensitive strain. what strain is it. but like above said just water and she will grow through this. keep in eye on her though for any lock outs that might occur. or till u see signs of improvement in 7 to 7 days.
also transplanting unless due to pot sieze. is a last resort
