Are unprotected classes fair?

I'm part of three unprotected classes: vegan, long hair and marijuana user. All three of those you can discriminate against. But the moment you call it religion or race, you get in trouble. Chicken or pork meat on my desk,funny. But Arab/black, hate crime.

You can't say you don't want to hire women, but you can say no hair below your neck. That pretty much limits women more than men. Women are forced to wear makeup but men don't genderally so you can't force men.Why do it unequal or not at all?

Its all part of creating a permanent underclass. The more poor people move into the country, the easier it is for democrats to keep their power. They need people who are incapable of taking care of themselves. We have a partnership with the Mexican government to help expand welfare.
There is a program set up to show Mexicans how to come here and access food stamps.
Not come her and find a job. Thats not on the menu.

You say that people can't discriminate on minorities, but do against vegans, marijuana users, and those with long hair. Point being you cant have an unprotected class without people reconizing it as a class first.

Its like someone being discriminated against for being left handed. No one will take you seriously untill you make enough noise to convince righties that you truly are at a disadvantage. How are these classes picked? I have blue and green eyes. If I only hired people with those eye colors, could I get away with it? I dated a 5'10" Japanese girl with sky blue eyes.If you lived in an area with Asians, wouldn't it be an easy way to not hire?
