not a clue right now, lawyer said we will find out in court. Even tho its an annoymous tip off. He is apparently a good lawyer.. he deals wit big busts 100 plants or more etc.. mine is 8 plants 6 of which were only 3 inches, none had bud, ... none smelled, which kicks their warrant in the face, reason for warrant , smell.. ya right .

for real. I'm just gonna quit smoking n lay low while i'm on bond. As far as how this is gonna go, hopefully my lawyer can straighten this out abit, If not, i guess i'll have to live wit the felonies... Hopefully just felony probation tho rather then serving time.. I know alot of people that have been busted several times for felonys n they always got probations.. so god only knows.

You are probably right, with no previous you will get probation or maybe tossed cause of the bogus warrant.

tried to read and write earlier but I was fucking drunk and stoned and couldn't look at the screen.
I remember yesterday when you said you were about to have your last bowl, so you didn't have any weed which is good.
Also I think it's very naive to believe that they got their warrant because of the smell!! I'm sure there was no smell whatsoever outside from where you were growing. Plants were too small, and they're in a closet!!! And I can't believe a cop said to the judge: "Hey Judge, I was walking around the other day and I think I smelled mj from an apartment. what do you say? give me a warrant??"
Judge: "Of course man, if you smelled, here it is...."
No way this happened. For sure somebody tipped them. I think you have a good chance, proving that there was no smell and by that proving that they got a bad warrant.
I understand that it's your first grow so lips were a bit loose. Your enthusiasm was more so you told it to a couple of your good good friends! I know cause I did the same. But as we grow and learn we all understand how important is the first rule of growing. I hope you'll find who the snake is....

I bet the cops felt like douchebags after they saw your plants and realised how much a waste of time it was! I'm prayin that everything gets dropped for you man and I'm here for ya. Ya dude no previous cept a mista about 6 months ago which i got finished wit going thru MIP probation.. So technically its suppose to be gone.. anyway i'm sure they can still see it. Exactly my fucking point same as what my lawyer says.. he says smelling is probable cause but thats bullshit cause theres no way that smelled 1 , 2 footer not budded, 1 1 footer not budded not even sexed, then 8 lil 3 inch plants or w/e it was.. They didnt have any interest in my computer, tho when they raided I Was in the middle of posting a new post/picture, n they saw this site, they didnt get on my computer or even go thru it at all, warrant didnt cover anything like that, only marijuana related things, n for only having gotten a smell, its funny how they got the warrant for me n my possessions instead of who actually owns the house... ya kno?!
