Ive been addicted to crack (but never developed addiction to coke, just abused it) crank, spray paint..... hardly call it an addiction, maybe severe abuse of lsd. Never been big on scrip abuse. I take xanax but only as needed.
My mom was a banger , dirty fucking heroin addict my whole life. I saw the people and the shit it does to them. Only drug I vigilantly refused to try.. only you count opium.

Now LSD that's 1 drug I would have to say that I really enjoyed! Well, that & shrooms!
I truely believe that lsd is a way to "free" the mind, & open you/a person to a whole
New world!! And honestly, if I could get my hands on some, oh shit! Katty bar the door,
If you know what I mean!! I havnt had a good acid trip since back in 1995! Been way too long!
I use to LOVE to trip, drink oj & listen to either the doors or pink floyd!!

I do have to say though, back when I got straight 5 yr ago, the night before I was tdo
To a rehab, I had the "BIG" idea that well hell, since this is my last night to party I am
Going to go out with a bang! And boy did I!!! That night started, me & my wife ended up
At her friends home, & you guessed it. Her so called "best friend" was our oxy & herion dealer!
I have to say my wife had/has never blasted herion, or any other drug! Wish I could
Say the same! Anyways all that's over now! But back to the last night party. We had went
To the so called friends house & was playing cards, well she busted out a oxy 80 for each of us!
I did mine with a quickness! Then, I took 8 10mg valium, and waited a good. Hour, and still wasn't
Really feeling anything but alittle buzz, so I decided to fix up & fire up! Well I did,
And that's all it took. By the time me & my wife had made it home from the friends house,
I had puked atleast 10 times, and I don't know how to really explain it, but my whole
Body felt like one giant heart beat! I didn't feel right at all! Well, I tried & tried to
Stay awake, because I knew if I fell asleep, I wouldn't wake up! Needless to say I ended up
In the hospital and had overdosed! They made me drink this nasty chalk shit! It was awful!
I spent 2 weeks in the rehab, me & my wife both. That was my last time partying.
5 years ago. I am kinda glad in a way, because I. Think if I had a good memorey of the last
Time we had partied, I may have gone back to it by now! Who knows. All I do know now is,
I am better then that, and I have to stay clean, to take care of my two children, & be the
Best dad I can be! Well, thought I would share that. Y'all take er easy. Happy 420.

Dankster, the lumping together of all drugs is absofuckinglutely the biggest hurdle to get over when talking to people about legalization of weed. "Well, it's drugs and drugs is bad!"
I think the propaganda machine has done this very consciously and deliberately. Dumbing down their target audience with sly lies. Even DEA mouthpieces, who theoretically have some degree of brain power, spout this crap. And try to get an honest answer out of a legislator; they always say, in response to marijuana policy questions, something about not supporting legalization of "drugs."
Also, as racerboy said, crap propaganda programs like DARE tell kids that all drugs are the same, so naturally some will try the bad shit when they find out weed's OK. I believe that the psychos who sponsor and design these programs do so to CREATE the so-called gateway effect. They consciously and deliberately create increased addiction rates to support their otherwise unsupportable claims.
Maybe that's just my tinfoil hat talking, but not all of these people are ignorant idiots. At least not in the sense that they're unaware of reality. They're just busily creating justification for their own jobs and, more importantly, their power over you and me.

You have to bear in mind that everyone has a different psychological make up. People can become addicted to many a different things that others would not. So yes, some people can become addicted to weed but it's to do with the person's psyche.

I hear ya bro. That's what I ment.. if at all "anyone" feels there infact "addicted" to marijuana, I myself feel it would be more of a "physlogical"
Addiction more then the "physical" aspect of true withdraw from say
"Hard core" drugs. Like I stated in one of my previous posts, I myself
Never had a problem with the "physical" but on the physcological aspect
Of it, nothing more then a thought or two of "damn I sure would like to get stoned".. that was about it for me! But yeah your right, everyone is different.

It's as addictive as you allow your mind to get, You can get hooked on anything, cigs, weed, liquor it just depends on your body type and if you have the addictive traits in your brain you have a more of a chance to get "hooked" or the addiction not saying it's from the drug itself it's just how the chemicals react to you, and how you control them, people can get addicted to ANYTHING from food to candy, to sex.

Stated along with myself, the child goes out and smokes up, & relizes that "hey
Marijuana isn't all bad like my parents said"! Then thinkingg since they lied to
Me about the marijuana, then maybe they where lying about herion, & cocain,
