Nonviolent resistance, if enough states pass laws that make it legal, the fed has to give in. If you just mean in general, it's because the states do handle most laws that pertain just to activities within their borders. Hence why some places have the death penalty, and some do not.
EXACTLY... Until Americans wake up and realize they let a bunch of Nazis (my apologies to the 3rd Reich) gain control of this country we are all pretty much fucked :/

They wore DEA jackets but why would feds come for me? 12 messily 2 foot plants in veg. I dont get it... guy said they werent feds so idk. He said he was from another unit just there as a body... i heard the scanner repeating my record an he in front of me calling it in over the walkie talkie.

Yea so about 40min ago i was choked, punch and slapped multiple times by DEA agent because i wouldnt give him access to my place. They blocked me in leaving street. Used my keys to enter after i told them it wasnt my place. They told me it was a warrent but said i could not see it... i asked for officers name an badge number while in cuffs because multiple cops watched him choke me while in cuffs an punch me. Neighbor seen it! Going to talk to him now. Lawyer tmr at 2pm... im pissed.
End of story they left after taking pictures of my plants (12 veg) and my half ounce and my medical card. Again i asked them for warrent and name of officers and they said no to warrent and were all clueless "which" officer had me in his car. Not one single squad car. All cars unmarked, no lights no uniforms. Just badges gun and radios. 2 out of 8 had dea jacket on.
Wtf, im happy cause when he hit me an choked me i showed no emotion to him. Pissed cause refused to show warrent... happy again cause i have camerassucks he hit me when out of view but thats why i have witness neighbor.
Not sure how to go about this or if to do anything since i wasnt incarcerated... then again i did nothing illegal.
Press assault and trespassing charges and sue for damages.

The DEA is feds. Something is amiss here. Sounds elaborate for theft of an ounce though. Digging up records and all that scouting. Maybe someone jumped the gun on the raid, and they didn't have a warrant. Now they're denying involvement to have you looking at the wrong departments?

and if they werent feds and you got robbed and got them on camera they will be locked up and charged with felonies for inperonating a federal agent which is a pretty big deal. then on top of that they can get them for larsony, assault and probabally a handfull of other charges....dont let them get away with it!!!

I'm thinking that it's a well-organized team of thieves who are good at masquerading. They didn't break in to steal an ounce, they broke in to assess the situation. That's why they left him in tact. They'll be back in about two months to take those flowers off your hands, OP.
If you have any identification of who these guys are, I'd say go after them... but since it sounds like they refused to identify, you're kind of fucked on that. I'd say close up shop, relocate. But that's just my opinion.

A need for reform of law enforcement procedures is a far cry from the holocaust. I understand your concern for current bad practices spiraling out of control. However, dragging out the Nazi reference is kind of removing the seriousness of the atrocities that actually occurred while they were in power.
