Pistils don't tell the whole story.
Strains will vary dramatically and even though the pistils arn't red and full on receeded.. that bud is near enough done, if it were me i would have left it a few more days to be sure tho
you will see the majority of those hairs turn orange / red in the drying process i can gauruntee.

Nirvana's Bubbalicious is an AWESOME strain. Was the first one I ever grew & what a smell

A little more research and experience will show u that pistils def are not a good indicator of maturity....tho they can be...sweelin of the bud...calaxes...color of trichs..fade of the plant..colors of fall...there are other things that come into play when gauging the ripeness of ur cannabis.....edit swelling for sweelin above...ha

what is your high and low day/night temps? might be getting to hotm hence the foxtails, or maybe that strain just forms like that. either way they look good
