At the bottom of ur info on ur profile it says "referrals"... what's this mean?

its number of people who sign up on the website who put in your username as a referral. i honestly wouldn't worry about it too much it means nothing really

no everyone has it, its part of the website, i could ask admin who got signed up through you, but anyone as a guest can go in and put anyones user name down as a referral when they sign up. maybe some random person really liked your grow and youre the reason they signed up

Next time please make your question more clear, you asked what a referral is not why do i have 1 under my referral as i have not signed anyone up..
So please do not get snippy and frustrated with me when you didn't properly explain yourself.
