Nope, from Hemp Depot. I'm not trying to slander them, they have great service and usually very good seeds. I'm of the opinion the seeds were packed, as immatures, the kind that have a very low chance of ever popping. Several times Fresian was ordered, every time the shipment came on time, in the breeder pack, but each time the seeds looked poor. So I'm curious if a bunch got packed from Dutch passion that never should have been packed and sold. The person that tried germinating them has a good deal of experience and high success rate, so I'm skeptical that it was human error at the customer end, but it remains a possibility. Some seeds seem to germinate almost immediately and some need the rosary beads and a rabbits foot. Alot of this can be explained by the respective seeds maturity and the germinating method for sure..
Anyhow, thanks for the comments so far. I agree Fresian is a good outdoor plant, (two nice ones last year) , I just wanted to see what others had experienced and make sure other people were aware that some of the Fresian seeds look and behave very iffy. Hopefully others have better luck.
