i have heard that if you germinate them in birth control water soaked paper towel it increases the percentages by 10% and that if you leave them in a carbon monoxide filled environment they will have a 50% chance of being female ( and a good chance of killing you from carbon monoxide poison)
but idk where that person got their percentages- or what site i found that on, just something i read once and stored in my memory.
Just get feminized seeds- or cross your fingers like the rest of us

lol- if you send them to a friends house your fine, but honestly- i think your fine sending them to your house as well... I dont think the man is watching your everymove, I am assuming your a relatively small fish in this big pond- if you were ordering 100 seeds and an arsenol of soviet weapons they might look twice, but if your just some guy ordering 10 seeds they aren't going to be looking for you or kicking your door down. sending them to a friends house as a precaution is a good idea. Pay cash or with a gift card is also a great idea. but theres not a lot you can do to guarentee females- if its your first grow just cross your fingers, if your experienced and sick of dealing with males- then clone your females and make mother plants-

Well I know fed ex doesnt have dogs and I dont think they'd be checking bags of seed. if its from a trusted website they should come pretty stealthy. Id read around and check out peoples reviews about seed sites. Ask how they were delivered! Im sure the people on this site will lead ya in the right direction!

So anywhere you buy the least you'll get is five. You'd have pretty bad luck to not get at least one or two mom-worthy girls, and that's plenty. You can always clone more

if this was so, don't you think we would all be doing it? just remember, most all of us grew up hearing about Santa Claus too. (not bashing on you, OB... just the whole birth control pill thing... been hearing it for decades now 
)being male or female is a genetic trait that has been predetermined in the seed DNA. there is nothing you can do to increase the odds of a female other than using more seeds.
Feminized seeds allegedly do increase the odds of having a female, but they also seem to increase the odds of having a hermie... so, you have to see if maybe it would just be better/cheaper to buy more regular seeds rather than spend the extra dough on feminized. (i say allegedly because i have never bought/tried them so i wont say it is so.)
what you CAN decrease the odds of happening though is your plants going hermie on you. a good stable grow op with proper temperature ranges and good ventilation/air flow will reduce or even eliminate your hermies in your crops.
