Did you also order from Nirvana? What seeds? Im not sure about other seedbanks, whether they send updates or not. Im sure Nirvanas updates are all automated regardless of whats really going on, theyre just trying to give assurance, it works i guess.

Those Home Depot lights work great for small/micro-grows!
It's a 'Porch Light' fixture, but in a slender or tall box, just drill it to the side and run a small exhaust fan to vent any excess heat. The timer works fine if you tape over the little green day/light sensor.
I grew some great bag seed in my box but with a couple cfl's, too.

it was a good deal cause it came with both bulbs halide and hps and it included shipping. it works great and they have a 400 watt switchable system for 125 including shipping.

The highest wattage HPS at my local Depot is 70watts. And as far as finding HPS on sale there, now may be a good time to look. When i bought mine they were on the same isle as the security lighting but on the opposite end (not near any other lighting fixtures, so look around, seems they dont want clearance items mixed in with reg retail stuff so you may have to search around a bit. And try not to ask an employee, they arent stupid,(i take that back) but they know why your after that light. Its commonly sought after by pot growers.

With all that said, i finally got a phat check and ordered a 600watt cooltube (both hps and mh) from HTG. So my 2 50watters are going to be EXTRA light for the sides in a few days I hope.

Yeah, would be careful with that one.. they dont have spectrum test results posted, nor lumens for lumens vs wattage...

That one has 55000 lumens, but.. they messed up the site for spectrum info on it... it's saying: 0 Kelvin (website shows Light Appearance: 0K) - that'd be a crap shoot, but may work. Can't tell you with much certainty on that one.
