Seedling sprout not growing

My LA Diva auto seed sprouted from the coco about 15 days ago but is growing incredibly slowly if at all. It is growing in a coco/pumice mix and the pot is lined with vermiculite. I have been watering with 6.0 ph water, no nutes, but my coco came dry and i added light veg nutes back when i first soaked it. I am unable to test the PH of the coco itself but the water it was soaked in was PH 6.0. I have had other clones veg rapidly in the same mix and grow cupboard so I'm really wondering why this wee girl hasn't found her feet. It is hard to tell in the photo but the leaves appear slightly pale and the smaller set of true leaves
have ever so slight browning on the tips. Please help me, I wanna see this puppy grow. thanks in advance.

larger pot, little plant...like you said she is just finding a place to put her feet. give it another few days....good chance the roots are just explodng and you will see vertical growth soon

Thank you heaps man, I figured this was a possibility. I also just checked my run off Ph and it was really high so i flushed it with ph 6 water just to make sure no lock out is going on.

Edit... Never thought about the pumice. Thinking that probably makes a differance

Ya I think he's on to something bc mine were real slow for the first little while and are just starting to take off, also be careful not to overwater, there's no roots to soak up the water, it is really not a good idea to use 1 gallons to start them, use a starter pot next time.

Your problem is not enough light (what are you using anyways?) and your heavy watering habits. Supposedly autos are slow in early veg,I dislike them completely and would advice you to go photo next time for indoor growing.good luck

That is incredibly small for a 2 week old plant. If you can, I would start over. A healthy plant will catch up to that one in a few days.

I accidentally gave a seedling fertilizer meant for my month old plants and stunted it. It grew but growth was very slow and weak. The plant looked like a dwarf. It had all the features of a healthy 2 week old but it was about 3" tall. It had 4 or 5 nodes, extremely tight but the biggest leaves were the size of nickels.

I eventually tossed it. It is still hard for me to toss plants that are anything but totally dead but youre already behind the pack.

How long did you wait before yours began to take off? also I would usually use smaller starter pots but I've read heaps of people recommending starting auto's in their final pots, can't remember exactly why but it seemed like a sensible reason?

I'm growing it under a 90w LED which has been fine for vegging other plants, then i'd move it to flower under a 600w HPS. I don't really have heavy watering habits i only flushed it just today to make sure the ph was right. I usually grow photo but was keen to try auto, maybe it is to do with autos being slow in early veg but man this is pretty slow.

Dang, yea i just don't get it though i really don't think i've burnt it it's had no nutes other than the minimal nutes originally soaked into the coco. So you don't think it's to do with the pot size and it'll soon get growing?

dam so much terrible advice given to this poster.....just give it time m8. you should only need to water once a week if that with the container your in.

your container size is fine...i start my auto's off in 3 gal containers....takes em a week or so to establish a root system and take off but they do eventually. dont listen to half these dip shits on here they havent a clue what they are talking about.

no plant is going to catch up to the one your currently growing if you can correct any issues now, without correcting the issue the next plant will grow slowly as well...this guy ^^^ is obviously a ^^^^ DUMBASS

Fair enough, the plant is small and probably hasn't got all the stored energy in the cotyledons used up yet, but after 15 days there can't be a whole pile left. Since coco is pretty much inert with no nutritional value I usually begin feeding quarter strength nutes from day 10 or so on.

^^^^He's NOT in soil......his mix is cocco/pumice which is INERT and DEVOID OF NUTRIENTS, so yes small amounts of nutrients are acceptable after germination....You start off in hydro with plain water and nothing else...????lol ...........oh i forgot >>>>> DUMBASS

^^^^^Take a look at his pics again yes they are showing signs of light deprivation===Insufficient lighting IMO! that's why I asked what he is using too see if that's the actual problem. And it is a 90w ufo(61watts actual) that is probably too far away and too cool(low direct heat) causing slow evaporation/transpiration of the WET medium, hence the overwatering signs...............DUMBASS

^^^^ Have you grown before???........Have you seen seedlings in favorable conditions at 7 DAYS, yes they are larger and more developed than the OP's NO QUESTION. Starting over with corrections that where given on the first page/ and a fresh mix is valid advice, BUT now NO one else is going to continue to help the OP if you fucking ridicule all posts!!!!........... we are here to help each other out NOT bemean people on an internet forum like some tough guy...........DUMBASS

Starting to think you're a bit of a tit personally. Claiming people are "dumbass" because they haven't spent the last 500 years with their nose in a book or on the internet? Sheesh, next thing we'll be telling 4 year olds that because they don't know how to do physics and advanced chemistry that they're a "dumbass"

As people have mentioned, perhaps you should have read the entire post, he's using coco and that has little or no nutritional value when just out of the bag. Unless you're using a coco+ which has additional enzymes and nutrients etc.

And a new plant won't catch this one up? Are you mad? Ugh...

I was keen to try the strain, and was gunna experiment with making it hermie and self pollenate. I didnt expect growth to be so slow but I do have another functional space for better yield, i kinda just use this space for experiments and learning. How long though should I wait before I should definitely pull the pin cos I do have some other good strains I wanna try.

Using seeds from a hermied auto is a BAD idea.............Also considering your auto will flower AUTOMATICALLY regardless of size I say SCRAP this grow because you may get 4 grams dry if lucky. That's why stick with photo FEM(ok)/REG(better) strains indoors, it gives you complete control on when to switch and fix any early "issues" if need be........auto's are NOT beginner friendly as many suggest and should only be used in allowing outdoor growers multiple runs per season/ or bad grow room design where very cold temps necessitate 20/4-24/0 lights ON schedules.

FYI a hermied FEM photo gives you the highest % of female seeds if that's what you want........
