Hmm well im using all oraganic nutes i dont have a fan going on my plant right now i did it for flower so maybe i should but a fan over my plant or what? what do you think i need to do to change this and make it better?

I understand that.... I'm using all oraganic nutes the temp is not hot or cold in my grow room and its not humid either should i put a fan over my plants cuz i usually put my fan once i start flower

you should go to wal mart and get a hygrometer so you know exactly the temp and humidity, and a ph tester for your soil, esp if your using nutes. i use fox farm trio and i had to get some fox farm sledgehammer to clean the soil every 4-5 weeks. also fox farm has a schedule that spells everything out, makes it easy, so id suggest hittin up ebay for some of their products. having a fan blows air on them but if theres no ventilation its stale air. also you said u topped it, i havent done this yet, so im not sure how that could effect it, esp if you made a mistake doing that.

Oh i got acu. Rite indoor humidty/ temp monitor i also have chart for my nutes as well im gonna put a fan on it cuz my closet has no ventalation

the reason my branches are so far apart is becuase i LST them if i didnt lst then they would be really close to each other thats why i lst cuz the bottom ones where getting light but eveer since i lst i see the bottom nodes getting bigger

You have a ballast because if you didn't then wouldn't be flowering with a HPS.
Therefore get yourself a 400 or 600w metal halide and veg with that.
I would suggest starting again, as the plant you post pictures of is a stretchy mess. You could continue with her, but her nodal spacing is horrible. You could achieve better with 2 weeks under a metal halide.
Prepare yourself by buying decent soil, veg nutes, flower nutes, and some micro nutrients (possibly seaweed extract).
Veg the plants with the light far enough away so the plant doesn't burn, but not so far away that they don't get the lumens.
Put the plant into flower when it gets to about 18 inches. As long as the nodes are no more than 1.5 inches apart you should yield at least 3oz using a 600w HPS regardless of the strain.

I just stopped in to see what the pity party was about. 1/4 oz from a 600 is pretty hard to do. Whatever you did, do the opposite next time. The best advice I can give, if you want big buds for cheap, is to read Uncle Ben's and Homebrewer's threads. You can thank me later bro.

If you've done a lot of research then you should know the reason you only yielded 7 grams. ÷ do that in party cups at the edge of my grow

I am very sympathetic to your frustration of going to the effort of growing and wanting so much for it to pan out. I feel your pain. However, I'm kind of on board with the poster who suggested you start over, rather than waste your time and limited resources on an almost certainly doomed plant. And though I'm sure you didn't mean it that way, the title of your post DID sound a bit whiney... Keep your chin up. Keep learning and trying and it will pay off.

You could order cfl bulbs online. Check Home Depot online and you can Oder higher wattage CFLs and have them shipped to the store for pickup or shipper to your home. There are other online options also.just do a search for 42 or 55 watt cfl and should see plenty of options including amazon.

When in doubt, keep it simple. Cheap soil, 6.5 ph water, some nutes (use them lightly, till you know what you're doing) drop the cfls and use the hps for veg and flower. You said that your closet has no ventilation. It is not possible to grow cannabis without ventilation. Plants need fresh air and co2. Along with this, it's probably wise to start over.
