Hi

We have contacted google to remove the indexes
Although Sos will take the hit for this i might add the owners and work staff did not build the website nor are they programmers Sos used a third party company to build it which were trusted just like you all trusted Sos, they will be getting a visit tomorrow as soon as they open and we will hit them as hard as we and our customers have been hit, as i said we can only apologise for this terrible flaw and continue to do the right thing,
I might add this was not intentional and will not happen again, we will not be closing the doors at Sos but until we are 1 million % happy that everything is as it should be with the new site the site will remain close.
i hope this answers all concerns

There is not much more i can say for now but if there is any updates i.e google web master etc i will make it known.....
Many thanks for the support it will not go unnoticed :)

No, I sent an email last Wednesday before this whole situation blew up. They guarantee a response in 24 hours, so I was already a little irked, and then the bomb drops. I would understand if the emails were sent since then, and I know this is bigger than an email problem; I was just stating I'm having a little trouble believing anything they say right now. This is from someone who was once a happy customer, and recommended them to several others

They deserve more than that Gand
Yes they do!! I understand the situation your in as I am a webmaster also so if you used a third party I know for a fact it's not you guy's fault. Hit them hard!! I'd even seek legal advice as this is going to hit the company pretty hard.

I'm just a little worried EM as I have an order with sea of seeds that hasn't gotten through yet and i was told I have to wait until the 15 of this month. I'm happy to wait but can I be assured that you guy's are still going to do the resend??

:-(:-(:-(:-(:-(

I just hope SoS finds some more reputable companies to work with. First their credit card server was down for weeks, now this. You guys really need to look beyond the lowest bidder!

There should be no records kept of transaction after a completed delivery.

Order History should be deleted afterwards! That's what I think of the situation anyway.

While keeping records on your online system is different to keeping them in a standalone server or such, generally recoprds need to be kept for tax purposes, for many years.

Not to mention, if they don't keep records, and you are not satisfied with your product and wish to return it, they would no longer have a record of your transaction meaning they won't be able to refund you.

Businesses keep records for a reason. But as i say, it doesn't have to be connected to the online site. This as suggested by EM, is an issue with the site developers, not the shop.

No online shop deletes it's order history if you hold an account there, not for many years. They are not doing anything illegal in selling cannabis seeds, and as such they operate like any other shop, which is specifically why seedbanks state that you must check your local laws before ordering seeds. They are uk based, so there is absolutely no reason for them to delete transactions and order history, everything sell is 100% legal.

Ok. Let's do some thinking. RIU elite member gets popped for interstate trafficking BY THE FEDS. RIU sponsors Sensi Seeds and Attitude seeds bank pull their ads. SOS pops up out of no where. Then it is now apparent nothing was secure. Smells fishy big time. FUCK YOU FEDS.

So after all of this if you still wanna use them YOU ARE NOT THINKING.

sorry EM but it is bs and so very untrustworthy. Blame it on third parties all you want. They did NOT open and operate SOS. And in no way can you state it will never happen again unless you are in contr of how it happened currently. You need better damage control skills. Hope the FEDS are paying SOS enough to be worth it.

If there were taxes, they would charge us for it at checkout. There isn't taxes on cannabis beans.
+ Attitude deletes my order history on request
