Second grow with Northern Lights

Switched to 12/12 after 3 weeks. Not too impressed with this strain. Well I guess I will have to wait to see what she yields. Still the same age old organic nutes and fix farm OF an happy frog. Let me know what you think of these girls

Hmmm where did you get your strain? I have a Nirvana Northern Lights right now at 2 weeks in 12/12 and she my healthiest/best looking plant.

OP - yours look good! They will fill in. How did your 1st grow yield?

I am growing NL now, and you both look better than me. I am 5 weeks into flowering and the buds are filling in nicely, but I have a lot of yelow and brown leaves. I am working under the assumption that my plants are 'heavy feeders' and I have been under providing nutes. Wish me luck & hope my plants finish early ....

Ive always had great experience with Nirvana's line. Got some Master Kush in my setup right now

Yay, looks like a Nirvana Northern Lights convention in here, going to flip mines this weekend, I have grown Nirvana NL before its a decent smoke, one hell of a stretch on this strain, if you don't make some sort of effort to keep things down a bit by tying etc in veg then the plants can reach 5 foot by the end.

I got 17 oz of the Pineapple Express. Don't think these will be close to that but will have to wait and see.

Agreed, my NL is stretching more than my White Widow (also from Nirvana) which really surprised me because I thought the Widow would be more sativa, But nope, at least not this pheno. I also have a headband clone that I thought would stretch bad since it was older than my plants from seed but my NL is the same height now! I did LST the headband though.

All that being said though a little after 2 weeks and the NL didnt quite double in height and seems to have slowed down/stopped the stretching. How long did yours stretch for?

mines stretched for about 3 weeks after the flip, and then kept going at a slower rate right up till about 2 weeks from the end.

Im growing 3 Nirvana NL right now and so far it is going good. They are hardy plants that grow very large.
