I started my won website up and its dead most of the time. so i was wondering if any1 knows some good free ways to attract a good amount of people. not sure what to do , but it sucks seeing only google crawl bots on my site, lol

Go to google, they have a program you can sign up for i think its called adsense or adwords, check it out i used to make money doing that.

You have to offer free stuff to get people to your site.
I have some free games at random-games.com, (u can copy them if u like)

my free literateure brings in thousands of hits a month,

free wallpaper is great, try and find niche themes

this page took a few hours with paintshop pro and google and it brings a 100 hits a month, and growing each month...

In short be creative with free stuff.
