you sure some sorta pest didn't get at it? I always say don't doubt it if you haven't seen it before anything is possible it does look a lil over fed but you said you were flushing it but remember give it time to dry up some so you don't over water other than that it looks good!

typically no not without topping or fimming but iv stressed plants to the point all kinds of crazy shit happens so i guess anythings possible
i had a lady siting in the back of my bloomroom for months in a xlarge tacobell cup(it was a freebee from nirvana) i had completely forgotten about i had put a heater in there to keep the temps up in the winter well when the heater would click on there was this little light that would turn on she blocked it from the rest of the room but for about 5 months she would flower reveg flower reveg i have no idea how she didnt hermie but there was literally buds growing out of the buds don't ask me how i actually posted a topic about it a year or so ago and i thought i saved the pics but i couldn't find them, so i ended up covering the light with tape and she turned out amazing smoke wasn't bad either middi quality tho but had a nice fruity taste the entire plant plant was a bud the bud was as big as the tacobell cup

I've had a couple split into two mate without any interference from me. I've had several produce triplets at nodes as well, thought that was pretty cool.
Thanks for input , plants are in front of the window , getting 15 hours daylight, and 10-12 hours direct sunlight .because of not enough light , they do not grow well and fast i think ,

ya man something coulda got @ it, one yr i had a plant where a pig could get @ it . and he did. bit it and basically topped it for me.
stunted the plant hard but made it a lil bush and the leaves ended up turning HARD purple and it was just a bag seed. the like 3/4 oz i got
from it was awesome... called it piggy. dont rule out something getting to it lol

Thanks for all comments advices .
I took the plants indoor lightened by 600w hps 16/8 schedule, feeding all with advanced nutrients bloom 1/3 dose and 6.5ph’d water.
here are the new pics , i saw while uploading photos that there’s a White worm on the plant and killed it. I’m spraying them with cannacure spray for 3 weeks but seems not working .
Should i pull yellow and burned leaves?
You can see worm on the left ,under the leaf, btw it looks like a female ? White hairs appear , this northern light is just like a dwarf but bushy , curious about when it will get higher.
These are other 2 northern lights, one is started to flower a few days ago,

#4 Last one is short rider AF seed, it’s quite tall , and need help about sex identification ,
In addition , last time i watered 2.5 litres for all these 4 plants, pots are 9 to 11 litres, is this too much or less ?

need to veg longer you'll be dissapointed with harvest when you flower this small also needs more light

over watering also more light blue spectrum 6500k

Mooore light add more 6500k less 2700k put lights close this baby is stretched i don't think i have ever seen this badly streched.

i just went back and read that you're using a 600w hps that will work but you need to move the light much close from the looks of things you have the light so far away they are not even being effected by it View attachment 2722053

To answer the original question. Without topping not really but with a few minor pinches you can get 8 16 or even 32 main colas.

Thank u for detailed comments , let me clear that i'm not interested in getting maximum amount of yield, i just wanna smoke , much or less no prob.I don't want illness,bugs etc. , wait much more. Lightining is partial problem , i will put more foliage tonight, and have to say that i'm not hanging the light , it's standing vertically on the ground 25 cm distance to plants, i will take a pic soon for sure.
pics 1-4 , how u offer me to tie it, it's really so short and bushy, i checked it but could not find any strong place to tie.
These all af strains and should stand ground all together so i can not change vegging flowering period.
Watering is always a prob for me, i can not find out the right amount
for the pic 7-8 ; it's in 9 litre pot and watered half of litres .

your pots are plastic right? just poke a hole thru the top to anchor
it might be hard to see but the plant on the right around the pot there is green ties to spread out the canopy for better coverage so all the bud sites get light not just the ones on top like this

Of course a plant can top itself. It's a mutation. You have the proof right there. Your plants don't look like they're doing well. You say it's about quality over quantity so you should strive for a healthier plant. There's good advice being thrown at you. On another note I grow for my night blindness
