Diners usually have outlets near booths. LOL, order water...charge...leave.
Not going to lie, I have been poor enough to have to do this.
Also, a lot of community parks will have random outlets near the bathroom.
So does McD's, Starbucks for outlets AND WIFI..I've been know to "collect" a "few" 5 gallon recyclable containers for 6$ a piece..

There is a gas station by my house that has USB and iphone chargers built into the pump station itself, but like the pump itself, I only touch it if I need to.

Its a single mom n pop, or at least I think so, it called " ready pump. " Sounds like a porno name if you ask me but they sell cheap daily needs and that keep me going back.
Im tripping thinking about all those tethering opportunities..rofl
Starbucks blocked RIU so had to change venue to McD's and found its better because you can access WIFI from parking lot which you can't do at Starbucks they have their WIFI parameter in tight..So does McD's, Starbucks for outlets AND WIFI..I've been know to "collect" a "few" 5 gallon recyclable containers for 6$ a piece..
