Not exactly, the OP, has just recently stated his desire for only flouresents, the OP read that he would like to buy a HPS one day.
If hes trying to grow in a tiny little wardrobe, then yeah.
If he has a open enough space, so much so even a closet?
Then I am reccomending him the 400 watt HPS, but then again hes not gonna hear me out, so more or less I am writing this for the benifit of the readers and there knowledge.

if you have 2 5000 lumen bulbs it means your plant will be getting 5000 lumens of penetration but over a better surface are because of the second bulb... personally i think tube flours are a waste.. they are too long and should only be used vertically on an upright plant... if you are going to spend some money get HPS,,, i only use cfls i can buy at my local place (something like wal-mart except we dont have a wal mart here) for like 5 bucks... if im gonna spend cash im going to do it on hps,,, and i did,, i bought a 70 watter and its great!

okay so im planning on running my op with all fluors but would you recommend me buy t-8s or t-5s im also planning to buy a hps lamp when it come times to flower so fluors will be used only in veg period

For pure veggin lights?
If you have the moolah go with t5HO the blue ones.
If you dont, then go to your local Homedepot.
and for $8.32 you can get a four foot two lamp t8 fixture (x as many as you need) its called the "shoplight"
and for $7 you can get two 6500k t8 bulbs.
You cant beat those prices and ease of availability

See there comes in my promblem they space im working with is 2ftL 3FtW 3ftH so im thinkin of 2ft fluors

why would you SOG in that area?? you have height but not width or length... if you are going to get tube flouros then you should run them vertically and have some overhead lighting.. grow some tall plants... that doesnt seem like the right kind of area for SOG... maybe ScroG but not SOG
