lol tell me about it balzac. i dont live in the greatest neighborhod. you could call it the hood
but there are certainly worse neighbor hoods. then again its getting worse. had 2 stabbings yesterday within a sq mile.
and the other day me and my girl were banging @ like 1:30 am and i hear gun shots(multiple). not to be confused with fireworks
which in the hood if your not from go off from like june 4-aug 4. a month b4 and after 4th of july. fucking kids around my house
are relentless with the shit. so im like damn that sounded close lol. next day i read 2 ppl getting shot literally 100 yards from my
house. 1 fatally. this doesnt concern me because its all gang related and im not in a gang. and i hope they keep it within the gangs lol
maybe a stray bullet issue but anyway im getting ahead of myself.
i have cement stairs leading to my house and theres almost alway a drunkard/homeless person/someone waiting for the bus there.
and i have 2 entrances to the house and thats one. luckily its the one i really dont use. but same deal i see em and im just put off....

Pie this is important if you do this you do it in this order (1) quietly notify all your neighbors of the guy, and (2) call LEO after that for verification.
So you are asking your neighbors if they know who this is and telling them what you see. Do not say PI or COP just say you saw this guys sitting there with this MDT terminal for all day yesterday and now he's back do they know him? THEN when they all say NO you call LEO.
Busting up an under cover operation will really piss off the police if it's them. Now you can mount a laptop in a car but in case this is cold plated LEO you need to be a little careful so they don't land their wrath on you. But just play stupid and they'll swallow it. Exactly, they wouldn't, but by your simply being concerned because you see this stranger, 'waiting for someone' and you asking them if they 'know him'. Get it? You need plausible deniability and they need a heads up. If this is local LEO and you break up a covert they are gonna be pissed. Then when, of course, no one knows him you call LEO to ask them who this is. You need to act dumb as a rock and concerned. You know, new mother and all just worried.... big bad looking guy blah blah.....
Insurance is getting very heavily into PI's who then wreck people who have legitimately been hurt on the job because they catch them picking up a toddler or some such shit. So yeah I'd shit on his 'stake out'. Another reason I'd shit on it is pure disgust at his doing a bad job. You should not see him if he's doing it right. So report his stupid popo or faux popo ass.
