I Haven't used FF anything, but 1/2 strength is almost always a great idea w/any nutes.

Looks like a seed pod to me..... Not a bad thing, as long as its only one or two.
How long have you been flowering?
You may wanna run to radio shack and grab a illuminated Mini microscrope, these are essential for determining when to harvest. You will need to look at the trichrome in order to tell. Dont go by the hairs.
