i've gotten through and cannot log on with the information i set up with months ago..i also tried to sign-up as new user..i can't get my old logon info sent to me and i can't get new log on criteria..which means it's still crashed..

there you have it..the reason?..of the millions who need to do this..this is not like going to amazon and purchasing a hygrometer..they need to come to the site MANY times before the final decision is made..this is the MAIN reason the site can't handle the traffic..
