Right now I'm laid up with a knee injury, but I go out and check on my jobs quite frequently.
Matter of fact, I was out today meeting with a building inspector.
Anything else?

Bro, I've answered that question a few times, perhaps you missed it.
Yes, I own the company, I also have an LLC and yes I have employees.

They get health benefits (have for years) they get a week paid vacation, company trucks, gas cards ( valero) The trucks have AC, they get nice Xmas bonuses and I take them all on an annual fishing trip.

Anything else?

When you get older (experienced) you'll know what a group plan is!
Their healthcare is a 100% write off sparky, my wife and I are also included in the group plan.
Another little tidbit for ya, my wife and I and every employee on the plan are covered with No pre existing condition exclusion.

I can tell you right now, you have zero experience with employees and healthcare plans, you made that crystal clear!

I do know what a group plan is

the type of health insurance familiar to most consumers is group coverage offered by an employer. With group health insurance through your employer, the policy is partially paid for by the company on behalf of their employees. The company will contribute a large percentage toward the monthly premium and you (the employee) will be responsible for paying the difference, about 16-27%.

You say you pay your employees $8.50hr + $1.50 if they speak Spanish.

Where do you live, do you pay for your employees healthcare and what do you consider a living wage in your state?

Dude, group plans through small businesses (mine) are NOT required by law, I am Not regulated at all!

Furthermore, it's up to me if I want to provide them, what percentage I pay and where I decide to get the policies.

What's the matter, not fitting your bill as a typical greedy conservative?

Google that, sparky.

You have under 50 employees so of course you don't have to provide insurance ...but even if you do YOU CAN NOT RECEIVE A 100% PERCENT RIGHT OFF FOR THEIR HEALTH INSURANCE. You are lying and very much caught. http://taxes.about.com/od/businesstaxes/qt/Small-Business-Health-Care-Tax-Credit.htm or talk to the IRS. You lie go away

You are wrong London, and besides your link is for a tax CREDIT, not a deduction and does nothing to prove him wrong or you right. You get the credit in addition to the deduction.

Employers can deduct the premiums they pay for employees in a group plan. This deduction is limited by the amount that exceeds the AGI by 7.5% If you have a C corporation, you can even deduct your own premiums.

OMG, Fog, we pay about $63k a year (just asked the wife) in healthcare benefits for my wife and I and our employees.

Healthcare for my employees is a business expense write off 100%, I don't know where you are getting your info but i think I;ll take mt wife and our accountants word over yours.

A tax credit is a reduction on the tax itself.
