We do, but I prefer not to buy them. T-bone is a weird ass cut, both pieces cook differently and as such it makes for a less consistent steak than a steak of a single cut.
Ever notice that 99% of good restaurants don't serve T-bones on the menu? IMO, it's hard to beat the flavour of rib meat, and the marbling is usually exquisite on the eye of the rib....
Porterhouse is like T-bone, more tenderloin - beautiful steaks..... Everyone loves a nice tenderloin too, I love doing chateaubriand roast/steak.

I agree. I believe Beef is intended for man to eat. Just ask Otto and Atz Kilter. They understand that their beef is intended to sustain their life.

The appendix isn't vestigil. Proved the same way evolution is just a theory. Science is quick about making sci-fi claims. My favorite was the ether is a conduit radio and light travel.

There are literally hundreds of thousands if not millions of independently verified pieces of evidence that support evolution. Just because science has been wrong in one thing doesn't mean it's wrong in all things.
Falsum in uno, falsum in omnibus.
We have literally seen evolution at work. Viruses, bacteria, etc. Until you have some information that refutes the literal millions of pieces of evidence that support evolution, there's no reason to believe what you're saying.

Scientists will come up with a good idea. We'll stay with evolution.
Let's define it as, "organisms change slowly over time, from simplistic to complex."
But that's not good enough for scientists. They need to add the bullshit!

It doesn't matter they made up bullshit. The scientific community will then take fossil examples that show a progression of how that happened in other organisms. Then just apply it to their fairy tale.
Now, if you deny their fairy tale, you deny the principles of evolution. When they ask, "so you don't think evolution is a sound theory, a simplistic organism becomes more complex?" You answer, "That's a sound theory." Then the scientist will convolute the issue if you don't believe their whale mumbo jumbo bullshit, you're refuting evolution.
The same with other vestige theories about evolution. The coccyx is a "tail," when scientists show it helps us sit properly and is a node to protect the nerves with the butt. Those two fairy tales were made to promote each other, that if you attack one, you're implicitly attacking the other. That way it makes it harder for you to call their bullshit because they have other stories you need to refute.
Now take ether theory. It's an undetectable substance than everything floats in. It was only debunked with Occam's Razor when relativity came out. Lorentz Ether Theory even has special versions that use relativity like explanations, but you need to go out of your way with the garbage and more stories to make LET work. It's easier to deny ether and accept relativity. LET could be a correct theory and you can never detect even ether wind, just like God can be real and used science.
Science thinks it has to portray itself as God in order to replace gaps in science. You probably heard of God of the gaps, the opposite occurs too, science of the gaps in the form of hocus pocus. Instead science should just say, "we don't fucking know right now!" But they're too afraid a mass exodus back to religion will occur.
