First Bale Of ProMix HP!

Just got My First Bale Of Pro Mix Hp. When Should I Start Adding Nutrients to The Plants? 2-3 weeks? Until The Plants Tell Me? Any Suggestions On The Mix? Any Suggested Nutrients?

There's nothing in the promix but lime and a wetting agent. Start nutes at 1/4 dose so you don't kill the youngins

...and mychorrizal fungus to aid in root development. Don't add nutes unless needed

It tends to make things go smoother when I add one rounded tablespoon lime for every gallon of mix.

Most of the required N is in the micro. Search lucas formula. I finish with lucas + calmag for last several weeks.

If growing smallish plants you can run lucas all the time.

I found with trees I required a few changes like more N and using calmag. Somewhere around 3 - 4 feet tall vegging or flower, lucas doesn't do it for them anymore.

1 cup of triple super phosphate.

whats your estimated cost for this soil batch? ive been running ffof for 9 months now. I love it, but If I can find something better to make my girls bigger, than im all for it.i use technaflora recipe for success nutes after 8 weeks in veg when using ffof soil, nothing before 8 weeks.
