When is lights off? Night or daytime? If so adjust your light cycle so lights off during the day, lights on at night. Before dawn is usually the coldest time of day, so I usually have my lights kick on around 9pm to 9am. That alone may increase the low range in your spot. Works for excess heat too.

Could you heat your space to 95f for an hour? Spider mites die in high temps.

I would do a single space for mothers, clones, and vegging, say 3x11 and that leaves you 8x11 for flowering. 3x11 is an awkward space for working, but probably manageable. Don't forget about room for workspace and storage for nutrients, etc.

I've accidentally opened my tent many times during lights off in all stages of flower and I've never had a reveg or herm/seeds in those tents. I think stable genetics is a factor in this but that's just my theory.
