Grow room fire safety tips

I'm often away from my setup for days at a time, and while I think I've done my best to prevent fires, it still concerns me. What do you do to make sure the risk of electrical fire is mitigated as much as possible?

My rules are:
1. No extension cords
2. Use of quality surge protectors for all electronics
3. Minimize contact of electrical cords with combustible materials.
4. Watt meters to ensure you don't exceed 80% of your breakers wattage capacity.
5. Smoke detectors in every room/tent with a light.

I also have an exploding ball fire extinguisher that activates with heat, though I'm not convinced it would work well.

What else can be done to prevent/mitigate fires?

Shoot I work at a magazine store and I sit next to a longggg extension cord that's daisy chained to a surge protector its been like that for like 10 years plus. I now trust extension cords.

Can we see pics of your exploding ball and where it’s hung in your room please.

I saw those fire extinguisher balls but I ended up buying a fireblitz automatic fire extinguisher for both of my tents.

I also have a regular extinguisher and a smoke alarm in the room the tents are in and one on the ceiling right outside of the door.

I'm good with extension cords as long as they're of a good gauge (14 or 12 depending) and sized for the right job and/or length. Also my setup is GFE-> strip/surge protector(with breaker)->cord->second surge protector (with breaker) in tent mounted high->lights My fans are run off of a different line that also has a surge protector with breaker. That's as solid as I can imagine. Even my light timer is 15A/1875w.

Ive always wondered whats the difference between 75' of 14g wire going through walls and 5 outlets too an extension chord?Same thing.
Ive run 50', 12g ext chords.No problems.

Is it because house wire is solid core and ext chords are woven?
