The big ones are the only ones that are worth it imo, the small ones don't last but a few days in my experience. It can take weeks to rehydrate too dry weed with the 62% and personally I've found them very good for long term storage, it really preserves the terps. Not tried the 58% tbh but...

Hlgs recommended heights work well, it's on the website under specs for each lamp. If you running co2 you can get much closer.
