In a perfect world, you are right Phx. But right now times are tough for alot of money, and there isn't alot of extra money floating around. This way works out well for everyone involved. Either way, it's good to see folks stand up and try to fight this thing.

Question for you guys who know more about the law than I do. Lets say I was assigned to be a caregiver for a patient today. And then a Dispensary came into town tomorrow.. Would I still be able to grow untill my card ran out? Or would I be issued a new card now stopping me from growing?

Im a big fan of the hydroponic Depot. They always have everything I need, and they will also knock 10% off if you ask. I don't even have to ask anymore, they just do it.

If I remember correctly, does it even matter if the state stops issuing med cards? I believe there is a section in the law that says if the state does not issue you a card within x days, then your application becomes your card and you are legal. Been a little while since I looked at it though...
