you cant make your lights produce more blue light by putting up blue paper. the blue paper absorbs everything but the blue light. so if you had mylar you would still reflect the blue but not like the paper color because you see the other colors combined with the blue. so moral of the story...

strait up eating a bud would not get you very high. putting it in a weed recipe like weed butter for example is one of the most efficient ways to get thc out of weed, relative to pipes bongs and joints.

you would lose a lot of lumens. the poster board would absorb a lot of the total lumens and reflect back those only in the blue specrum so if a light has 1000 lumens you only end up with those in the blue spectrum which is only part of that 1000 lumens

for the leaves here and there i trim i just nibble on the stems for taste or put them in tea. but i dont think that during veg any of the leaves or stems would get you high but during flower when they have thc crystals on them then they will get you high just not like the buds will.

dont use a light its causing the mold, i just put mine in a bowl with a paper towel at the bottom and some saran wrap on top and then a dark peice of paper or a book and i have had 100% germination this way.

looks good but yeah more lights. some CFLs would work well and you can get them anywhere almost and are easily set up. i mean a fixture with four bulbs done right could be about $30 or less with bulb prices and they stay really cool. four bulbs will last you a while into it. get 23w bulbs
