dude not to be a dick but you've already been told. you can't be a caregiver until you are 21 YEARS OLD. you said you sent in your form but you will not be approved if you're 19. if you can wait a couple years you won't have any problems but in the meantime you're SOL.

Yeap, learn the rules and don't come down with money-bag syndrome. Caregivers are to help people that are in need and do so fairly. NOT for personal gain.

Chem, it would be a shame for you to have to turn back now, but I'm sure you could find someone in need. There are a lot of sick people out there in need of help. I'd recommend speaking to the folks at RIPAC, I believe they are starting a small network of care givers willing to help out...
