I start my vape at about 10 or 11 and work my way up to 1 or 2 as the herbs get more and more dry. I usually only cough when it gets past 1.

my vapor bros can make me choke up sometimes too. It usually happens when the heat is a little too high. it still feels better than choking up on smoke though.

my method is to smoke or vape less... easier said than done. I have noticed that I use much less herb when using my vapor bros vaporizer. but if money is an issue then a real vaporizer will be out of the question. you can vape stems they're just much less potent than the calyxes.

the pot should ideally be heated up before ingestion to decarboxylate the THCA into THC. You might get some effect by eating it straight but heating it up is the best way.
