Yoww, iam at week 10 flowering and still the bud is not mature enough,i super cropped it in the vegging stage and it has a huge stem which i cant bend. Any miatake i did? Is it normal? What should i do in the next step?

I've been growing for almost 4 months, now im at week 8 +2 days i've just found nanners in the upper budds of 1 of the plants, what should i do, and is it bad? Im about 1 or 2 weeks to harvest. Thanks in advance

Update: day 29 flowering [week 5] Not feeding any nutrients or boosters I think there is too much nitrogen in the leaves its a bit dark thought im feeding phd water with black mollasses, resin production is satisfying, there is a smell of a combination of cannabis and a bad smell i dont know...

Thanks for the feedback, well i took ur advice for serious and i was trying to find bugs, well it seems it is my cat's hair, im trying to keep it oustide, "useless" so im trying to clean the room everyday, and yes the upper leaves a bit crispy. I am going to post an update the sooner
