I had this happen with a few of mine. When it was good and ready to come off I helped it off. The plants then surged in green growth. Me I would wait a little and then probably just pull it off when it nice and wet.

Well I would like BSD0621 post but don't see the like button anymore. I agree the tips of the plant look burnt from the CFL being slightly too close. Good luck, it is my first indoor grow this year too but I am using CFL, FL and a 600 Watt MH / HPS.
I have a oscillating tower heater set at 80 degrees and it keeps it around 75-to high 70's. Then I have an oscillating fan blowing right on them for a nice gentle breeze.
Well it has been awhile and I have new pictures of the grow.... I had some problems with the first batch with mold inside the mug I placed a few pots inside. So I had to start over with a new batch of seeds. So far 9 sprouts. Some are 4 days old and a few are 2-3 days old.

Moved them back inside for now because the humidity was too low and plant pots were getting dried out too fast for my liking. Once I transplant I will keep them in their permanently, but now just when I can keep a full watch on them.
Put the 1 White Widow and 1 Sensi Kush in the grow tent at 600 watt MH. Using a 16in Oscillating fan with a Oscillating Tower Heater / Fan with Temperature Settings.
Started the germination process on my latest Herbies order and have 1 of each germinating. 1 White Widow x Big Bud, 1 Lemon...
