The part I don't get is that out of state applicants are accepted but an Oregon physical grow site address is required. Is there a resource of growers or patients, or do you know of someone that perhaps needs the wiggle room? I'm making the trip there in a couple of days and I want to make sure I'm all set.

If u do not have a grower and don't intend to grow for yourself you are not required to list one. However with the new fees it would be 100 dollars to change the grower information each time. So ur best and cheapest option is to register a grower or itself as the grower initially.
