most local shops have starter packs that cost around thirty bucks. Just tell them you are growing tomatoes and peppers.

order them off of nirvana.com and then get them shipped either to a friends house and or just to your grow house whatever. use a prepaid international credit card or just a credit card. as the US goverment cannot get files from another country thats illegal for them to do that. and yes when your seeds come back to america they paa through customs but most likely they will let it through since its stealth shipping. lol. but if they do open it up AND find seeds they will burn the seeds and send the parcel to u empty and send a letter saying that ur postage had contraband in it and it will be destroyed. not that big of a deal they wont stake you out our come walkin up to ur door with the parcel.... another good tip is order few seeds no more than 20 at a time...
