I'm following this my friend, it says the PPM must be low when seedling..

whats up guys! I'm a new grower and I need to know something thats bothering me/worrying me. So I have prepared my soil mix and I got the right PH and everything BUT my PPM is 600!, I know I just have to flush it with 6.0ph to clean it but I need to know if I wet all the soil to clean the PPM...

also my friends sorry to bother but I need to know, my mix has compost, coco fiber and perlite, I had to cancel the humus because it raises my PH higher than 7.2, will that do any harm? having no humus

right now I'm using the yellow one, the other one I received yesterday I just haven't bought the batteries, I'm checking the run off ph, I seen in a youtube video that it is key so thanks so the info so thats why I bought this one, it cost like 35 dollars. Nice! I don't know how to use those...
