when i go to flower should i flush with my royal flush, or just use plan water? please help, i forgot to flush and a month in on flowering all the fan leaves are dead, i flushed yesterday, thinkink i might i have to junk it. not sure.

I have 2 auto flower on day 45, one is short(18inches) and dense buds. triclomes are white and pistles are turning orange. the other is 22 inches. and seems to be spread out more. well my question is can the autoflower be done sooner then 60 days?
