If you are harvesting dont worry about the RH you are in the 30% pretty much just like my room. Use your humidifier in veg but not in flower 30% is good for flower. I dont clone much I suggest you buy a cloning gel dip your stems in that and then into your clone box. Something like "Clone-ex"

Yes, and that's 1ml of product per 1 gallon of water, make no mistakes! You can spread it out if you wish, I don't think it matters much, but I wouldn't dilute the solution. I would water half, then use the mixed solution according to the feeding charts for the other half of the watering. But seriously, these companies have spent millions and millions of dollars researching this stuff, so following the feeding charts is the way to go, IMO.
