  • WATER CUCUMBERS AND RADISHES WITH MELTED SNOW

Experiments carried out in the Siberian Botanical Garden
showed that cucumbers and radishes, watered with melted snow,
grew twice as fast as the control plants watered with ordinary
water. Similar results occurred in experiments with wheat.
Why is melted snow better for plants than ordinary water? Snow
contains about 40 percent less heavy water or deuterium oxide
than normal water. Deuterium (symbol of D) is a heavy isotope
a form of hydrogen, but slightly different. When combined with
oxygen it does not form the water molecule, H2O; instead the
molecule D2O is formed. Normally, about one water molecule in
every 6,000 is found to be a heavy water molecule. But somehow
the formation of snow removes many of these heavy water
    molecules.
Scientists have discovered that D2O slows down some chemical
and biological processes. So, when heavy water molecules are
removed, plants seem to grow faster.
I am being a good girl and reading up your threads. Getting ready to drown the hermie in another week or so. He/she has been plumping up quite nicely. I need to get on to the other site soon. Do you think it is too late to order smokengrow? I'll be flowering my remaining 7 in another 10 days or so. Have a great weekend with your lady!
leave lights on for a day to moblize the water (which only takes a few hours) then lights out for 3 to 4 days,
Hey bro...Love the post! Quick question...i wish i read this sooner! Last night...I drained my fifty gal nute rez...added water back and ran it for 4 floods ...one flood with nutes 1st one...2,3,4th with just ph ed water! I am running ebb and flow and i am 10 to 15 days out...."A guess"..tonight when the lights come on should i fill my rez up with full strangth nutes and run them till the end...This one day flush that i did...will the plant take the full nutes again tonight without f-ing it up or should i contrinue and finish with straigh water.
Next time i will follow...full strenght till the end!
When you say this technique...leave lights on to mobilze water...do you mean the day of chop...when lights go on...dont feed that day....let the plant "mobilize water in the plant" then
shut of lights...no feeding...for 3 or four days! Then done...?
    Thanks, Newbie72
Hey you! How ya been? I have been a very bad girl...chopped the Loner (which turned Hermi) and I butchered some leaves to make it easier to keep up with the balls. No more balls now...and everything looks ok, so far. I have been "making it rain" too...time consuming...but he/she looks ok. Right?
