I recommend the lumigrow 100%. It can definitely be used from veg to flower, and the variable spectrum dials really do make a difference on how the plant grows. Also, lumigrow just started a buyback program to upgrade your units when the technology gets old, so its reassuring that you can get the latest technology for less than retail. I used to grow with a 600W hps and the lumigrow is by far a better lighting unit.
