its pretty warm, like real warm

i Started 3 plants, 2 grew and started to bud, third grew real tall, it has the white hairs but isint budding. Let me know what u guys think, its been months lol. a1 is the budding one a2 is the tall one with hairs but no buds. Will my other plant bud anymore or can i just cut it and dry it?

I try to do my best to keep a 12/12 or maybe 10/14 give or take light cycle for the plants daily ( i plug lgihts in by hand ) What should i change it to, to start budding. Plants are about 2 feet-3feet now with white hairs on the top portions of the stems. are they ready? Thanks, Tom
