    Most banks won't replace for germ issues. It's not really their fault, it comes down to the breeder they order from. I've had issues with short stuff seeds so I avoid them now except for onyx. But I order through dope-seeds, if I do seeds. My local clubs offer about 100 varieties of the top...

    No, absolutely not. The dispensaries operate in a gray area of the law where trading and selling of meds amongst legal growers isn't policed. You can grow and sell your overage to other legal users as I understand it. But buying at a dispensary doesn't make them your caregiver.
