Evergreen state outdoor 2013

This is our collective garden for 2013. Thank the stars to my good friends and family who have made this possible...We have a main plot that is 40 x 40 with 36 plants and a good variety of genetics. Querkle x Purple Empress, JTR x Purple Empress, Gooey x Purple Empress, Lemon berry Haze, Yo Mama, Shit x Apollo, Sour AK x Purple Empress, Gooey x Purple Empress x JTR, Querkle x Purple Empress x JTR, Aliendawg x Purple Empress. ALL poly hybrids I've made over the last two years or so. All have been run indoors with great results.
We worked our assess off getting this ready. Started in April cutting the sod out of the area and many days sifting soil and roots & rocks. We like having them in the earth as opposed to air pots above ground for several reasons. They went in the ground on June 1st after many weeks of cloning, preping, and dirty sweat equity!Hope you all enjoy this grow show. Peace! :blsmoke:

The ladies have settled in real nice in the first two weeks. They have been blessed with some sun in the last 2 weeks and are loving it! They are all in 2 cu. feet of Happy Frog and are being fed a mixture of organic and 20-20-20 Miracle Grow. Say what you want look at the results in 15 days..
Got the shade cloth up and all is looking good. These pics we're approx two weeks after planting in the ground.

The growth was really impressive for the first month. We have had some amazing weather around here and more on the way! YES!!!! :peace:

LOL ok well I see what looks like white tubes stuck in the ground at the base of each plant and thought they were related to watering.

Oh yeah sorry about that. They're 16 in. PVC pipes buried in each hole with slits cut in the sides directed downhill at the roots to simplify a good deep watering on the hot days. Which we've had a week of 90s damn near. They're loving the heat though & growing in leaps & bounds.

Now that's what I call a home garden! Well done! Very well done! And yes, I've used the buried PVC pipe method for years. Great for starting young saplings in dry areas.

LOL No worries man. I've been envious for years watching from the sidelines as all of the Guru's of the outdoor reap their rewards. This is my second year in this spot & by far the biggest I've ever done. Like I said wouldn't be possible without killer friends that you can trust with your life & family to back you. Planning is key for a grow of this size no doubt about it. We were in the planning stages in late winter of 2012 & it is a lot easier with a goal in mind. Thanks to Subcool for the killer genetics as well. Without his creations many of my creations would not be in this field. Also a shout out to Gooeybreeder over at another site for the Purple Empress which was the stock that I found the purple male in which fathered many of these ladies. Oh and come September you'll be seeing lots of color for sure. Peace
