I was really digging the Bohemian gardener shtick until it almost murdered me. Got any footwear recommendations?

Vans. They're getting harder and harder to find, but old school, all leather/ suede, fat tongued Vans. My wife has gotten me those canvas fuckers by them but honestly they suck. My go to shoe ever since Airwalks disappeared.

Airwalks lol haven't heard that in a while. Andy Mac was my shit. Etnies and dvs got a thick tongue too.

Etnies were ok but lacking in durability, or I'm just hard on shoes. DV? Hadn't heard of them. Considered DCs... just not my style. I'd probably fall back on combat boots before DC.

I used to love the old school Vans that were handmade. They were really basic, but they held up. They sold the company and everything changed. Not long after that all skate shoes became super padded and I switched over to Sambas.

I've been wearing sambas for a year haha. Good for skating and roofin'. The padding fad in skate shoes went overboard for a while.

I always wear the big tongued kind. I also hate soccer, so it's fun to crush the person who excitedly brings up the sport because they see my shoes. They're like troll bait for dorky suburban white kids.
